Red Light: Also known as bio active light, this enhances skin elasticity, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and pores. Red light accelerates cell metabolism and promotes collagen production. (650-730nm wavelengths)

Green Light: To balance the secretion of skin oil and calm both skin and mind. (430-450 wavelengths) 

Blue Light:  To suppress bacteria, diminish inflammation and repair the skin. (525-550nm wavelengths)

Yellow Light: To reduce redness, improve texture and enhance skin immunity. (565-570nm wavelengths)

1. Prepare the skin by using a Dr Nyal Skin cleanser to thoroughly remove any makeup, pollutants or grime. 
2. Apply your usual hydrating Dr Nyla serum or face cream which are designed to work in harmony with the Dr Nyla LED mask.
3. Place the mask onto your face and secure it with the strap.
4. Press the button in the middle part of the forehead for 3 seconds to turn on or off. Once the mask is on, you will hear a ‘drip’ sound to begin the treatment.
5. Select the LED colour by touching the button which is on the forehead above the left eye, each touch of the button changes the light colour until you reach your desired option.
6. Select the intensity by touching the button on the forehead above the right eye, each touch provides a shift in intensity and there are 5 levels in total.

Note: Each cycle lasts 25 minutes, for best results use twice weekly.
